was climbing and all of a sudden my let middle finger and ring finger hurt really bad, cannot straighten or bend those fingers. My for arm hurts when I try to bend them. Is this a flexor tendon tear?

A great site I found for sports injury research is www.physsportsmed.com

It doesn't have too much about fingers, but for general diagnosis it's hard to beat.
