I have been climbing for about 12 yrs. and I like traditional climbing because it's a more natural way of climbing for me. But, I was injured in a work related accident and I now have trumatic arthritis in my right anckle, not to forget the crushed heel I still have, so I'm unable to crank my right foot into the crack, any idea's, it's really stiff and I have no movement side to side!
