		<description>I find sex to be a healthy and fun alternative - in fact it is the only exercise I enjoy more than climbing  :-)    A nice side effect is that my climbing partner gets enough exercise too, and doesn&#039;t complain when I&#039;m laid* up for a week...

* Yeah, sorry, couldn&#039;t think of a better word  :-D</description>
