I was having a horrible time finding the right spot for the hip belt. I'm very high waisted female and I was always putting it on wrong. The shoulder shrug settles it right where it needs to go. Thanks Gregory!

I've had a Gregory Baltoro backpack for 2-3 years and its very comfortable. Still, I (and evreryone I know) have always buckled the waist belt first. Also, it seems as if I am always adjuting the sgoulder straps. After seeing this video, I'll readjust my shulder straps, with better knowledge on how it should fit in the end.

This is one of the best instruction videos on the web. Wayne does a nice job of showing while telling that really helps out newbies trying to find the right pack.
