Construction of a Climbing Gym

I’m not sure how many climbing gyms one town needs, but Boulder is closing in on getting its fourth gym called Movement. For a city with a population of roughly 90,000, this seems like a lot even for Boulder’s high concentration of climbers. Regardless, I’m more than happy to have additional choices.

Daniel Woods Bouldering in Red Rocks Video

Dead Point Magazine Launches Climbing Videos in High Def

ClimbingNarc reports that Dead Point Magazine released its 4th issue and added a new feature to their site called DPM HDTV.
Currently there’s only two videos on the site, but they’re high quality and quite good. Hopefully Dead Point will continue to post more of these high quality videos on a regular basis.

How to Fit a Backpack

Gregory Mountain Products founder, Wayne Gregory, discusses how to fit a pack. In the video, Gregory states “people don’t buy packs to fit their bodies, they buy packs to dump their gear in.” He then proceeds to show the better way of fitting packs.
